Family with children disaster

Only good thing was the polite check-in girl but it didn’t fix the situation.

I spent more than I should have for this experience.

The check-in process was efficient, and I appreciated the

friendly assistance from the staff upon arrival. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, especially the fridge and linens. The location was convenient for accessing local attractions but was quite noisy at night.

Request a room away from the pool area to minimize noise during peak hours, as some guests can be quite loud.

The check-in process was straightforward, allowing us to settle in quickly.

Unfortunately, the room had a significant odor and the cleanliness issues were disappointing, as the bathroom was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival.

Check in was smooth with a polite staff member. The pool was clean enough for my kids, and we had enough towels for our needs since we packed extras. The hotel had a budget-friendly price, which is great if you’re looking to save.

Dusty rooms could use a good deep clean!!! Dingy sheets and stained bedspreads are not ideal for comfort!!! Attention to detail like peeling paint on bathroom doors would really improve the experience!!!

The check-in staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, explaining everything I needed to know about my room setup and the parking layout. I felt reassured about the security of my vehicle as there were visible cameras monitoring the lot at all times.

The location was alright, but we had a frustrating experience with the pool area. it was overly chlorinated, making it hard to swim comfortably. Additionally, despite the initial friendly service, the advertised breakfast was nonexistent, which felt quite misleading.

Parking was inconvenient but staff were helpful.

We had a fun family trip, enjoying nearby activities like the Wilderness Golf Course. The location was perfect for our large group, allowing us to explore multiple attractions together without any hassle.

My wife says that the pool area could use better maintenance.

Returning for the third consecutive year revealed deteriorating conditions. One room had a noticeable mold problem on the refrigerator door, and the persistent musty smell was unbearable. Another room's faucet wouldn't shut off, and guests had to constantly fix the toilet chain by hand.

Would recommend for a short layover

Clean room, comfortable bed, with free Wi-Fi in the rooms and convenient nearby parking that made our stay easy and enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like.
